All mechanics of the game must work together. For example, a character has a hunger meter and must to eat. If these two things only effect each other - it only annoys players. Because it forces players to do something, that is unrelated to the rest of the game. A fix to this would be something...
Sadly, that's the only thing the game is great at. It had so much potential. The dev made a very good foundation, all what's left is to add the gameplay. But now.... The game is just basically a scene viewer. The stalking and the actual sex scenes are 99% unrelated gameplay wise.
For how bad the graphics is, the game has surprisingly a lot of content and things to unlock. If only the dev has put his efforts into the things that matters, instead of 20+ variants of dishes.
RimWorld. I specifically learned C# 10 years ago just to mod the game to my liking however I want. It definitely was worth it. Now I can change any aspect of the game or add whatever I want without relying on existing mods.
Oh, I've played it before. It's not that bad and runs quite smoothly. But the assets and the overall style are just screaming of low budget.
There is a working gameplay loop, so the author at least had a plan of what he was going to make.
