There are definitely a decent number of them. It's not as widely used as Ren'Py and RPG Maker, but there are already engine prefixes for some rarely-used engines (e.g. QSP), and in the tag department there are plenty of tags that are rarely used. Given that the filename seems to reference v0.17, seems very unlikely that the Hot Springs Patch is still needed (assuming that it was a bugfix and not adding extra content). My guess is that it might actively break the current version if applied there. -
