Allgemein haben viele nach und nach LC verlassen, wegen dem wie LC geführt wurde. Und Ende November bis mitte Dezember hat es ein Art Exodus gegeben, als LC ständig down war und mehere Backups aufgespielt wurden die Wochenlangen Inhalt zurücksetzten und noch mehr Entscheidungen getroffen wurden... -

How it's in the OP is still true. The only difference is, that there is a upper limit on how much can be in the bank. Which is calculated your post amount times ten and then plus 1000. So with your 12 messages you sould be able to store 1120 coins. Also there is a vault now which is just to...- ErzuzB

Go to the bank and hit deposit. There you can deposit to either the bank (to gain interests) or the vault (to store coins). Currently you have to go there to see how much is in your vault.- ErzuzB

He added some feature to the bank (the vault) this probably required to reset the bank. I would assume that's why everybody's coins got put back into the wallet so they didn't get accidentally deleted. The vault isn't mentioned in the OP because of that, it was implemented afterwards.
