I think there needs to be a minimum length of the updates to be worth it - if you can deliver a decently meaty update in a month, great, otherwise take a couple months
1-2 scenes/update is usually not enough unless they're incredible
my hope is mostly that rendering gets easier and cheaper to do so single developers can be more productive and we get shorter times between updates/bigger updates
otherwise they're likely to be pretty similar imo
almost always turn off the music just because most games have a very limited selection for understandable reasons and it inevitably ends up repeating too much
