Last book I read was 'The Man in The High Castle' and it actually blew me away. Had me like 'damn' at the end. Apparently its completely different from the tv series though so i never saw that.
Never gonna stop recommending it.

Branching stories are always better, but if a game has branching paths (especially if its not just some binary path that merges later on) the game gets harder to make and usually gets abandoned or has an abrupt ending once dev realizes they're fucked. Only completed games I've seen with true...
Pretty much all the games have already been mentioned. Might wanna keep Mothers and Daughters on your radar, but theres not too much content there for now.
Also don't like voices. Whenever I hear them it sound like one of those popup viruses that says shit like 'YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED'. intrusive when your trying to read.
So many games jfc. If I had to pick one though it would be duality, something about that game felt surreal to me and the art was great. Also Areas of GRAY for similar reasons, though dev says he's still 'working' on it. Also Come Inside, and the secret: reloaded. I think I can go all day tbh.
Plan your stories out in advance. It's really obvious that some game dev's make their stories up on the fly and then dont know how to end it. Also hard fantasy settings usually suck .
