WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST ADULT GAME YOU PLAYED?
It was newgrounds and various flash games for me too. The interactive touching games were what got me hooked. I've been waiting my whole life for a properly immersive, deep complex game with good touching mechanics and repeatability.- IchibiKano

What do you all think of games where you have to "lose" to see the porn?
My only real issue with them, personally, is that the scenes are too scattered. You can't really develop a "relationship" with a character when there's only like one or two scenes with any given npc.- IchibiKano

Any of the Era games should fit the bill, I imagine. I think the war simulator one is better than the freeroams but that's just preference.- IchibiKano

In the event that this is still active, Strive for Power sounds like a good fit. Its old, and (at least by default) text based, but you can start the game with your sister as a companion/slave and then churn out as many babies as you like, over several generations if you want even.- IchibiKano
