I'll try to be brief... I'm new, but I'd have been here a year ago if I knew it existed.
So, for starters, I've found the section labeled accordingly, but there's very little there it seems. Is that not a thing here, really? Is there a required format? Should I include links or pointers to where I found the game I'd like translated or is referencing other sites taboo? I really only have any solid understanding of how Fuck95 operates, and even there I just lurk... So... any help on this would be appreciated.
my best guess, and I don't really speak for anyone, so take it with a grain of salt, is you'll want to include the name of the content you want, an image of it, and a DLSite or similar link where you could get it (I havent seen any other forums linked in the other translation pages here, just DLs or google drive links), as well as say "hey, would it be possible for someone to TL this into english?" (or whatever you want it into, but its presumably english, given this is an english forum.)
my guess as to why there aren't too many requests already is probably because a vast majority of games that don't come in English that people play are JP, which quite a few already have MTL (machine translation) done on them, and I would guess either A. there aren't enough people willing/able to do the rest, or the games actual formats (many I've seen aren't ren'py or the usual engines) prevent it from being easily done. so people probably don't think to make requests, or already have an MTL version of what they wanted anyway. Just a guess though.
Alright, kewl deal. Thanks. I'll prolly write a post on it tonight sometime. If I knew how to extract the game text I'd probably go through the effort of translating it myself, if only to have a more playable version of it. It seems like a great game, from what I can tell. I've been just using sugoi and era clipboard to fumble my way through it but alot of the dialog is hard to capture, either because of the restrictions of ocr or the fact that it just pops up and disappears too fast for me to move the window and hit capture. The game is rt 3d, kinda reminiscent of Cohabitation Life with Runaway Girl, only with more options (at least as far as I've gotten to in the latter, they might be comparable).
