Hmm, easy to say Lost Life as the top, even as the slow updates were gotta admit Tokiko were really adorable.
Of course the one that really surprised me was Hizashi no Naka no Real when I first played it, got everything I like in a game.
Those two would be my top.
As others have pointed out it depends how you use it.
I have seen several good takes on the fantasy genre, besides I prefer medieval and fantasy genres so it's right up my alley too.
To me it was text based games.
While not purely text based, Degrees of Lewdity did open up that world for me. I even set a longer term goal to get every feat, which surprised me since I'm not that much of an achievement hunter either.
I have no idea how long I spent on League of Legends... I played it when I was younger and that was... over a decade ago. It's probably 10k+ or so at this point. It's split between many different accounts. Second would be WoW, with many hours as well.
I prefer to unlock all scenes when having defeated the game.
If it's a really good game I like I don't mind hunting down the specific scenes too (if it requires different requirements etc.)
I never skip content I haven't read, I always read the text unless it's something I already read due to a save or a game that required re-plays to get specific endings/art.
I agree with femboyreptile.
I'm open to most fetishes and kinks, which does include the bestiality tag. I don't actively pursue it, but if a game has it I'm not shying away either or get disgusted by it at all.
