    i like it better when the side girl is more of an optional path if you want to see an early sex scene or at least those rare cases where that same side chick show up again later in the game and can be fuck again if the player want.

    having a smaller number is better like 3 to 6 maybe so you can get more time to see their stories and to see development from them. But if a creator can make a large harem work without making characters seem no existent them, then they can make it as big as they want
