NTR can mean multiple things since these sites define them all under one tag.
Netorare is when the main character gets cheated on and finds out about it / sees it.
Netorase is when the main character encourages his wife/girlfriend to sleep with other men because he wants to see it.

Yeah the tags should be enough. I will never see a message that says "This scene contains SCAT content, would you like to skip?" because I will never play a game with the scat tag.
Tags and a warning before the main menu pops up would be more than enough.
I've play a lot of HTML games that require walkthroughs. I played Treasure of Nadia too. Can't say I didn't enjoy them, but I would prefer not to have to reference walkthroughs if I can avoid it.
I actually really like them, but I've encountered some awful ones. Like making me do actual jigsaw puzzles. As long as the minigame is short then I'll probably like it.
If the story is good enough then I won't skip anything.
If the story is mid, then I don't care if what I'm looking at is a dream or not because I'm just trying to get off.
