    It could also be that you don't have RPG Maker installed, cause some japanese games aren't packed with the base RPG Maker files. If locale doesn't work you could try installing the correct japanese RPG Maker version, if its a RPG Maker game.

    What are your opinions on games made with real porn?

    Not a big fan in general. Most of these games are not consistent with real person/character match ups, because the content is grabed from all kinds of different sources to fit the story of the game. This leaves the player irritated and confused due to mix-ups and inconsistency.
