When it comes to graphics, depends on the era it was made. I'd say something like Witcher 3 is still very playable today despite of being 10 years old. I think the gameplay does hold up still on NV.
There are a lot weirder fetishes out there than feet, I guess any bodypart can be attractive in an intimate context. For me they'd have to be cute and clean to be hot.
It definitely shows its age without heavy modding, but the story is still worth the time (as long as you are someone who's into singleplayer games for the story).
When resources are scarce, the chances that your offspring live long enough to take care of you are lower. Also in today's society there is no need for your children to take care of you because of better social healthcare. We need to find more reasons for people to reproduce if we don't want to...
Base 10 is so ingrained custom that we call 0 to 9 just digits, but not other symbols. Someone could've came up with custom symbols for going past 9 in base 16 but probably thought a-f is easier for people to remember.

It is some of the hottest days here where I'm from, it is not much of the year you could just walk outside with a t-shirt.

Reminded me of this scene from Eternum. Not sure why, maybe the library looking background or the scene-girl look.

Asian games often have the female voices voice acted and some moans during scenes, which is pretty hot. Usually when a random RenPy dev tries to add their sound effects, it doesn't work out.
Luckily I'm one of those that remembers once every 1-2 years that this game exists and maybe there's some new content to play. It is a good game, but if you are just waiting for this, it is a miserable wait.
I can't stand sandboxy visual novels as they usually feel like a grind instead of following a story. But within the story, super unrealistic situations just make me lose interest.
