    Art assets is unfortunately a big one, it's why so many games are set in the same generic medieval fantasy universe. It would probably need to be fantasy or sci-fi rather than real world

    A colonial setting would be cool, there's lots of raceplay-adjacent settings where "barbarian orcs rape civilised human/elf women" but not a lot of the reverse where white-coded men curbstomp the primitive men with their superior technology and have their way with their women

    The problem with separating consensual and non-consensual incest is that there's no clear line. An elder brother can groom his sister just as easily as a father with his daughter, and it doesn't make sense to talk about consent in that context

    I remember in Jade Empire (back when Bioware could actually write a decent world) it was possible to romance both female LIs, but only if you passed progressively harder Persuasion checks whenever they demanded you choose between them
