    Neko Paradise HAD the best birth scene, but the the dev removed it because it was too much work to do it for every character. And it was for my favorite character (note, keep older versions of the games you really like!) It still has some of the best pregnancy in a Renpry game.

    not an out-right deal breaker, but it can tip the scale for sure. a clunky or shitty UI and I may quit a game. Not a given, but I rarely have issues with Renpy and when I do, it is usually a developer's desicion to block some feature that annoys me.
