Do you prefer games with multiple choices that affect the story or a linear story where choices don't affect anything?
Choices are fine as long as they represent a realistic outcome or path. The idea that a previous choice that led to something meaningful is suddenly null and void because the developer is lazy and decided suddenly the subsequent choices don't matter is enough to piss off the Pope.- JACKOAT

Why do so few games use sex sounds?

If you were a creator of visual novels, what elements should the plot include?
I addressed this in another very similar post. Conflict and/or Suspense. As the writer of a story you must give your audience a reason to want to continue reading.
