    This looks interesting but I have to ask. When the dev talks about the 18 year old "Naive" twins does he mean two young women that lack common knowledge of earth the average 12 year old posses(In shoort morons or actual kids that look older) or is this more an excuse for the sticky parts story?

    I did play the first one, so I Downloaded the game. In short I did not enjoy it. To much medical terms(And less help access to the correct procedure compared to the first game). It is possible to fuck some patients just takes forever and consists off short unanimated scenes with non fitting text.
