    On page 7 of this thread there is a report of the first 150 who have taken the survey and what the overall results were and the average. Each question with a report in order. At the bottom of the page is a spreadsheet with the kinks reported out sorted by average rating.

    All responses are anonymous, so I don't see any individual results except by some numeric (presumably) hash code. However, you can compare your results (if you remember how you answered) to the average and the distribution, both of which are posted on page 7 of this thread.
