Well as it turns out the note about it including the dlcs is a lieAny compressed version with all the DLCs included like before?
So either way you'd need to download the dlcs and extract the appropriate folder to the game folder
The dlcs are all zip within a zip there's one for Windows Mac and Android

Thanks for the compression. I used yours and added the DLC's. Pretty sure i did it right. Scarlet doesn't show in the gallery but she's in the map. Using 0x52 you can see all the scenes without the play thru.
