Claim pending LC
Claiming does not create new LC. It only moves already-pending rewards into your wallet.

Repair damaged rigs
Broken rigs stop earning. Expired rentals stop earning and cannot be repaired.
Mining creates pending rewards first. Your wallet balance only increases after you claim those pending rewards.
