There are over six hidden scenes were you have to click a hidden spot in-game to trigger them.

One scene has to do with your wife's eyes and a dead twin. You had to choose not to sleep with her in the past, but ask about her twin.

The game even offers a hint system to highlight those hidden scenes.

Like I wrote it's one long ass messed up family tree, and the developer loves to mess with the players. You'll miss content if you don't play it right.
