If you're open to text-based games, I have a few recommendations for the multiple pregnancy kink.

All of these are primarily text-based, but feature a good amount of 2D art for character portraits and certain special scenes:

-Fenoxo's Corruption of the Champions (CoC) and especially Trials in Tainted Space (TiTs) have a ton of good pregnancy content. Most NPCs can be repeatedly impregnated, and a few have detailed variations depending on how far along they are and even how many times they have been impregnated. Lotta quality player pregnancy content too, as well as eggnancies. And when you walk around while pregnant, there are a few special events and interractions. -Innoxia's Lilith's Throne has both repeatable NPC and player pregnancies. There's enough pregnancy content to be satisfying and what's there is great, but at the same time some NPC pregnancies aren't as detailed as one might like, and the game updates infrequently, so that's unlikely to change anytime soon. -EraTouhouTheWorld (EraTW) purportedly has repeatable NPC pregnancies, although I'm not sure what the pregnancy content is like. I just got into the Era games recently, and they're good stuff. For context:

The Era games are a series of Japanese fan games based on characters from the Touhou Project bullet-hell games and translated by a combination of ULMF and chan-based western anime fans. The two best known ones are EraTW and EraTK. EraTK, is a strategy conquer-and-corrupt game like the Rance series; EraTW is a free-roaming dating sim. There are two main forks of EraTW; I recommend EraNAS over the more vanilla anonTW. EraNAS is pretty, uh, kinky, but the more extreme kinks are disabled by default in the settings if you're not into that, and the other quality of life features it adds are worth it. -Vrelnir's Degrees of Lewdity (DoL) has a good amount of pregnancy and eggnancy content for the player character and (repeatable?) pregnancies for certain NPCs, though I'm not sure how fleshed-out the pregnancy system is for the NPCs. It's a really great game and one of my favorites due to its mysterious setting, but it's much more focused on other kinks like exhibitionism, wape, and groping. Has a lot of great mods too. -Wahn's Flexible Survival. It's a fun and interesting text-based furry RPG, with a delightful edge to it. Been in development for a really long time. -Indivi's Lust Doll and Lust Doll Plus. Another cute text-based RPG. Both games also have pregnancy content, though you may want to check a guide for some of the NPC quests. -RahiMew's Broken Dreams Correctional Center (BDCC) also has repeatable NPC and player pregnancies, but it's handled pretty cartoonishly, and some named NPCs still have no reaction in dialogue after they've been impregnated. The dev is super active and the game stil regularly receives updates though, so I'm hopeful it will get more fleshed out in the future. Fully animated 2D graphics. Link:​

-Wape's Incubus City has tons of multiple pregnancy content, and technically has repeatable pregnancies too. Pretty dark, but I'd highly recommend it. -S.H.E.L.T.E.R. A cute enjoyable game in a Fallout-style setting. The pregnancy scenes are mostly related to incest though, so fair warning if that's not your jam. But if it is, you're in for a real treat. Has cute hand-drawn 2D art.​

-Hole Dweller. A cute, odd furry game about operating a giant drill and inviting pretty monster girls to your harem. Pregnancy isn't really the main focus, but all the NPCs can be impregnated repeatedly. Has gorgeous hand-drawn 2D art and full animations. It's really impressive.​

-The Company. Perhaps the best corruption game out there, in the same high tier as Pyorgara's stuff (e.g. Soldier's Life), the Selectacorp series, Labrats 2, and Third Crisis. Unlike those, The Company also has superb pregnancy content. Optional incest too, done really well. It's an html game with real porn images, but it integrates them really well.​

-College Daze: Follow the Lights. A good corruption game, of the magical sort, in much the same vein as classics like A Spell for All, Enchanted, and Inheritance. Has some good pregnancy content tied into the NPC corruption system. It uses real porn images, but much like The Company, they're integrated really well into the game, rather than just chosen at random.​

Summertime Saga. Constantly shows up on these kind of lists. Purported to be the GOAT for pregnancy content. I haven't gotten around to playing it yet (been saving it for a rainy day). Has hand-drawn 2D art.​

Adam and Gaia. Another game I've heard good things about but haven't yet played. It's an html game with real porn images.​

There are some others I'm forgetting, but hopefully that's an okay start.

Games with substantial and repeatable pregnancy content are surprisingly rare, now that i think about it. The vast majority of breeding games don't really have meaningful pregnancy per se. Like, for example, the original Breeding Season and Breeders of the Nephilim both have mating and making offspring as a central mechanic, but there's not much actual attention given to pregnancies, besides a gravid belly appearing briefly on the character model for the offspring NPC spawns.

In terms of finding other multi-pregnancy games, there's a long-standing list maintained by Roseys on the F 95 pirate site. Check the F 95 site under /threads/impregnation-pregnancies-list-that-arent-endings-updated-3-25-26.95826/

It's very useful, but kind of a mixed bag, in that some of the games listed have a ton of pregnancy scenes, whereas others have them more thinly spread. Although commendably thorough, it's also far from comprehensive. Missing from the list are certain classic TF games (for example, the Pixiespawn Festival), some obscure indie titles (e.g. Perveloper's Captivity), and possibly also some old school trainer games. (I can't remember if Slavemaker or Pinktea's stuff had much in the way of pregnancy content.) There are likewise some members+ games focused on breeding and repeatable pregnancies that aren't mentioned in the list, probably due to F 95's censorship.

Oh yeah, Strive and its sequel are both excellent! Maverik is a great dev. I do wish Conquest had an orphan character like Emily, though.

Inheritance by Gatekeeper is also a great call if you like text based games. Though I havent played in a very long time.
