Site Suggestions / Changes / Reverts​

LewdCorner is going to be reviewed and adjusted moving forward, and we want community feedback on what should change.

If there are things you think should be reverted, loosened, cleaned up, removed, improved, or brought back, post your suggestions here.

This can include things like:

• Rules or restrictions that feel too strict
• Major site changes you think hurt LC
• Sections that should be changed, restored, or cleaned up
• Features that should return
• Things that made LC better in the past
• Ideas to make the site more active again
• Suggestions for improving the community
• Anything you think would help bring LC back to its former glory

To be clear, this thread is for actual suggestions, not drama or fighting. Explain what you think should change and why.

Suggestions and feedback posted here will be reviewed and handled by mime and apollo. They will be the ones deciding what makes sense, what should be reverted, and what direction LC should take from here.

Nothing is guaranteed to be changed just because it is suggested, but this is the place to speak up if you think something should be looked at.

I think the amount of coins needed for prestige is a bit much but, i do mostly stick to my one thread so prob just a me thing. My signature gif still don't show but idk if that was ever fixed.

I almost got enough for a prestige rank. It would be cool to be able to have music play in your thread. I remember it at least use to be in peoples bios. Is that still a thing?

Thread customization would be cool. Like being able to have an image as a background of the thread.

Maybe a way to promote threads? Thread collaboration? Like similar to themes but basically if the 2 threads have a way to mix have a theme with it? Better then just hoping or begging people to join a thread.

That's all i can think of for now. I'm just spitballing here.

Fix the tags. There's a limited number but a lot are for the same thing (futanari, futatrans and futatrans2 are all there.) And maybe have "ntr" as one that covers EVERY form so they don't have to be entered separately. Also, don't limit to 10 tags to filter out. There are a LOT more than 10 that I hate.

Set up a section where all users of this site can freely share their concerns, worries, complaints, and dissatisfaction without fear of being punished, berated, or even insulted for their critical views.
Yes, that’s right - here on this site, not on Discord.
The reasons for this are obvious and probably don’t need further explanation.

Get rid of those pointless ranks - which aren’t really ranks at all, but just perks that let you make cosmetic changes.
This isn’t Discord, where you have to pay extra for such useless junk.
Selling user-friendliness is just as stupid as making users pay for enhanced security settings.
It’s just despicable business practices and a money-grabbing scheme.
Users should be rewarded for using this site instead of others, rather than being milked or forced to interact with the site through coercive measures.

Once the issue with the ranks has been resolved, please finally update the site guidelines and bring them up to date; so far, they are either outdated or contain conflicting information, and no one knows which information is correct.

Yeah, I know that would make the shop unnecessary, but nobody needs it anyway.
If you want to get someone to funding (not, "donate" to) the site , motivate them with good service, not with empty promises or ranks and perks that you withhold from regular users.
People should donate for good and honest reasons, not to buy an advantage over others who lack the financial means or who simply don’t see why they should pay for something that’s available on other sites completely free of charge and without restrictions.

You can't sell something that doesn't belong to you - only the services you provide yourself.
Everyone else does it voluntarily and without pay to serve the community, not to line their own or your pockets.

That's a pirate ship, not a luxury liner.

In order of priority:

Bring back the filter that can list + games in the order of update rather than reply. Ever since the unrecoverable server crash now months ago that option has been broken/missing.

Also reverse the + section colors, I'm so used to black backgrounds on AVN sites it hurts my eyes without welder's goggles (that or grandma was right and I'm going blind from jacking off, hope not).

Separate the incest tag into actual incest and stepcest, hate wasting time and bandwidth on stepcrap (been 5 years and still waiting for that to happen on Fuck95, prob never will at this point).

Bring realistic AI lolis back, that was the one advantage this site had over ATF and I'm sure those that paid $230 for so-called lifetime access that lasted a year are not happy about it, even if it has to be brought back on a separate site like it originally was for security reasons.

As long as they are generated, I hope, all kinds of pictures will be allowed again. RP is not my favorite, and I would offend the law, if I had a ** on my harddrive. This would also apply for a little thumbnail in the browser's cache.
Since I don't live in Australia, there is no problem with generated pictures at alll.
Of course, man has to use counter-measurements to avoid problems with users, which are chasing sites like ATF.

In contradictions to Peter I think we'll have to keep the ranks, as I stated in the 1st paragraph.

The way things are going it would probably have to be a .onion site but I completely agree here, and I never had access to begin with.

I think my biggest issue with this site is that it keeps changing, and has a rank system that rewards grinding for points, making what would be interesting topics sorta bloated with a lot of pointless comments. I tend to come and go alot..and sometimes my absences are long enough to where I return to a site and new systems that are unrecognizable. And the rewards systems have new tiers, etc. I felt like I was always chasing a moving target. On a site I been coming too for 4 years, (there was a time when you didn't even have to register to get member+ access because it didn't exist.) it has a negative effect on how much I want to contribute. I assume i am not alone in this.

BrodyPresto brought up some potential improvements related to the vault in the anti-social thread a couple of weeks ago, relating to the bank, and I'm going to somewhat echo them here.

The first change is making it more obvious where the vault is and how to get to it for newer users. I only found out it existed through talking to other users and exploring the site myself. I would suggest mentioning it in either the initial message sent to users and/or in the coin hustlers thread, and either making the shop tab in the navbar a dropdown menu with tabs for ranks and the vault (making it one click to get to each of these sections instead of two), or making the vault its own tab in the navbar.

The second change is adding an alert for when 24 hours have elapsed since a user's last interest collection/deposit. I've already missed at least one interest collection due to forgetting to collect it at the right time

I got a lower stakes suggestion, either rework or remove the marketplace section under discussions. Idk if there's more for higher tier members but I stumbled onto it and it's just a ghost town, last several posts are just about mem+ giveaways that didn't seem to go anywhere. Feels a little weird to have a "marketplace" on here but that might just be me

I was looking at the bank after the latest updates and have a couple things.

• In the Vault you can't see how many coins you have. Either it's not visible at all or it's not in a great place for users I couldn't figure it out.
• After doing anything in the vault (dep/with/collect int) you're kicked to the shop homepage. You have a split second to see the pop-up of either a successful action or error but you can't read anything in time. Also makes navigation a pain in the ass if after everything you do you're kicked to home page

there needs to be a rule to those reporting fake types of malicious software / malware in bedded in games
they should get an instant ban for causing panic & not verifying the acts first.
specifically those who have no idea what they are talking about !!

since most are from sites using popups / redirects.
people need to use good adblockers (stop using google chrome)
get ublock origin, ghostery, adblock pro (all free)

There shouldn't be any areas of the site that are visible to someone who is not registered and logged in, other than the login and registration pages, and maybe the site's rules. I have been on many forums over the years that required login, and none of them had any trouble getting members or maintaining interest. I don't see logging in as a barrier to having an active forum. It is the opposite. People will feel more comfortable posting on a board that offers a little shade.

Edit: Also I liked that we used to be able to have little borders around our avatars. Can we have that again?

Changes like:
-Just sign up -> here's a minimum # of posts and minutes on the site -> Do X for LC coins -> Do Y for (whatever the new coins are called).
-We have a site / sub-site / stealth sub-site for content X but it's not too real looking -> None at all -> It's back with no limits over here -> It's partially back, but...
-(other members insert their own gripes here) [Yeah, I know. Phrasing. Haha.]

The above bugs the SHIT out of me. It's selfish, but there it is.
No site can be everything for everyone. Pick a lane. Pick an identity. Stick with it.

I had gripes about this site, sure. But I THINK I was reasonably supportive about the changes, anything to save the site, all that.
But by now, I've kind of... given up. If LC is here, great. If not, oh well. If we're STILL trying figure it out after all these tries, that's not a good sign at all.
Pick a lane. If site's too tame, oh well. If the site's too edgy, it'll get taken down. Sooner or later, we should pick a lane.

Also, if managing this site is so stressful that site leader after site leader has to take a break and someone else always has to take over...
...I personally think we should do one last hurrah and if it works it works, if not, thanks for the memories. It was good while it lasted.

But please, make this latest site revamp / direction / content / major change be the last one.
And, hate to say it, but in this climate, go tame, man. I don't want some site leaders getting fucked over because they live in Puritanical Country X.
Not worth it, man. Not worth it. Do this as a hobby, or not at all.

Final note = Thank you for all the site leaders and mods, past and present, that have worked hard on this site. I appreciate you folks, despite the tone above.

I think the old system with different content at mem+, p1, p2, p3, p4 and p5 was best. But I would only mention and expose in shop the next level once you have the previous ones for a while. For antis, they just see public and maybe mem+ if they are dedicated.

We really need an ontology so you can distinguish but people who don't care can filter neto out and that filters netorase netorari and netori.
