Fuck it. I tried to play it like a comedy like "The Naked Gun", hoping to at least get some fun out of the characters' stupid actions. All three separately. Also, there's no save transfer/continuation, so the three parts are standalone. You don't need to have played earlier episodes (1-11 or 12-18), but you might lose out on story/context if you skip them.
