Yes creampie, harem and pregnancy is strongly possible.

Depends how fast you read I suppose. Anyway I feel it's better than most games and if the genre is something you like then I wouldn't pass on it. But if you want long games I'd go for something like Indecent Desires, Away From Home, Last Hope, Treasure of Nadia, Temptations of Love or of course Being a DIK.
