I played this a few days ago... and almost none of the fixes listed in the changelog were in the game (or... they were somehow hidden?). From what I see above (missing DLC, which I also didnt notice?), maybe the version uploaded does not match the text/changelog/etc that was used?

I used cheat engine. I was able to find/edit most values, such as HP, money, GP, AP, AP, GP, girls stamina/xp/etc (yes.... there are mutliple of a few of them lol, prob due to bad translations)

Usually where you go if you are not playing an rpgm/wolfrpg game (use MTool to cheat on those), or renpy (use console and some python knowledge to cheat on those).

Oh, forgot to mention. You can use chatgpt to help you cheat the interrogation games. They are not hard, but its a lot less brain power to just choose each one the first round, and paste the image of the game dialog (just the smaller part of the screen) in and it will solve it for you (you have to tell it the rules the first time). I was getting most of them on the 2nd/3rd try and saving having to deal with that time waster. Also, if you use cheat engine and lock the godpower (ones you spend using godeye), you can use it nonstop to basically enslave anyone you want.

for Viking file at least, it looks like you have the DLC and main game versions mixed up so i don't see that DLC - New Game button at all. if any one is getting this right or has a work around let me know. i played the 2.0 version of this game and it was depraved and great.

according to the DLC read me "Please ensure that both the DLC and the base game are updated to the latest matching versions."

I think that's where I always struggle. The "tab" for the latest release downloads, is on the right hand side of the screen but is shown as the same size/importance as the rest of the stuff on the right side, so I never noticed it. Only ever thought that was basic info of the creator, etc.
After getting the correct .dll, launching the game, closing the game, finding the .cfg in the "BepInEx > config" folder, I added /mozic as you instructed.
Player is still censored, since its just a detextured cock, but the women don't have mosaic now.

So looks like the game version and the DLC version don't match. Game is version 3 Final and DLC is version 2. It doesn't show the DLC new game button like in the screen shot.

Sure.

- Install BepInEx first -
1. Go to this site:

2. Scroll down just a bit to where you can see the links for the 5.4.23.4 download.
3. Click the one that says "BepInEx_win_x64_5.4.23.4.zip".
4. After it is done downloading, right click the file and open the archive. (that's what it says for 7zip, not sure on others)
5. The interior of the zip should have a BepInEx folder, .doorstop_version file, changelog.txt, doorstop_config.ini, and winhttp.dll - Simply select all of these and place them in your folder that has the game's exe. Should be the folder with "The_Desert_Kingdom_Slave_Hunter.exe" that you start the game with.
6. After you copy them over, the BepInEx folder and misc files should be in the main folder with the game .exe. The BepInEx folder should only have a "core" folder for now if you open it.
7. Next, launch the game. We do this, so BepInEx can "install" and add the extra folders it needs like the plugins folder.
8. Once you've gotten to the main menu, simply close the game once more.

- Install the demosaic second -
1. Go to this site:

2. Click the one that says "UniversalUnityDemosaics_BepInEx5_v1.7.zip".
3. Once the download is completed, right click the .zip file and open archive once more.
4. There should be multiple .dll files in here, but we only need one. Drag and drop the "DumbRendererDemosaic.dll" into the BepInEx\Plugins folder. After you launched the game previously and closed it, this should be one of the new folders in the BepInEx folder now in your main game folder.
5. Once the .dll is in your Plugins folder, we will be launching the game then closing again for the final time to create the config file for the DumbRendererDemosaic.
6. Now that you've launched the game, gotten to the menu and closed the game once more, go back to the BepInEx folder in your main game. There should be a "config" folder in there. Open that.
7. Now, the best way for the next part is to have Notepad++ so you can edit .cfg files. If you have it already, skip to the next step. If you don't have it, go here:

Just click the big green download button with a chameleon then install it after it is done downloading.
8. You should still have the config folder open with the "manymarco.DumbRendererDemosaic.cfg" in it. Now that you have a way to edit a .cfg, right click the file and open with Notepad++.
9. Once that is open, it should be a pretty small amount of code. On line 10, there should be a section called "Mozaic search strings". All we have to do is add /mozic to the end of that. So the line should say, "Mozaic search strings = mozaic/mosaic/mozaik/mosaik/pixelate/censor/cenzor/masaco/mozic".
10. Now, you should see that the tab for the file you have open, shows a red floppy disk. So we need to save the file changes. Click the blue singular floppy disk right under "Edit" at the top of the application and to the right of the "Open..." button.

Congrats! You should now have a demosaic'ed game once you start it again.
If you run into something I didn't outline well enough. Just let me know and I'll try to assist once I get a chance.
