From what I hear Bully is my lover is removing the incest and rewriting the earlier part, or at least that is what I read was happening. So no more mommy son incest, brother sister incest.

Remember you have to install the Taboo patch. For Season 1 it can be difficult to get it to work right. Season 2-4 there is a toggle switch for a "Family" option. The default version uses clones to make sure no one is actually related to anyone. Use the opening explainer of Season 1 to determine which version you are in. The "Clone" version features your dad's girlfriend Martha. The "Family" version calls Martha Mom. So you can no early on which version you are in and if the patch worked.

If you like sandbox experiences, I can recommend Lilith's Throne (still in a painfully slow development). It will allow you to incest as far down the family bloodline as you want.

You can breed your daughters, if you want. You can also breed their daughters, and their daughters' daughters. Turn that family tree into a family circle. Sadly, no options for the player to breed (your) siblings or parents, because you don't have any. You can breed your own children with each other, their cousins, then breed their offspring yourself. Pretty much anyone related to you a step down on the generational ladder is free game, man or woman, as long as they have the "Incest" trait.

But the game is very customizable, so you could set it beforehand to ensure that every NPC encounter in the world will have said trait.

I love the game, but the development (or lack thereof) is a doozy. Still, what's in there so far is pretty darn good.
