What are the best incest games currently?

It's too subjective to choose something as "the best" and many incest games aren't entirely based on that, it's just a portion of the content, like "sister" and "mother" but they're two girls from a cast of seven or more. Although there are games that revolve completely, or at least, the vast majority of the content is incest.

The games I can remember that are mostly based on incest are:

• My New Family is a classic whose plot revolves around incest.
• Twisted Memories It's not 100% based on incest, but it is a big part of the game.
• Twisted World Play the old version because it has more content. Same as before, it's not 100% incest, but a good portion of the content is.
• Lost & Bound G+ It doesn't have much content, but it does resolve itself greatly in incest.

In that case majority of the people will recommend you "Such a Sharp Pain" and "The Guardian". I didn't play the first one because I don't play unfinished games and personally I didn't like TG too much because it wants to be dark and brutal even on the love routes. Maybe you will enjoy it, or other Blackheart games.
Some people already mentioned "Parental Love" and indeed, it's awesome, if you didn't play it yet, go for it.
My personal recommendation is certainly "I Love Daddy" from Flamecito. I think you will either love it or hate it. This is definitely something to play if you want a good story and you are not afraid to go deep into it. I was reluctant to play this but it proved to be a masterpiece.
Another game that is also good but lacks D-D setting is "Deadlocked in Time". It has both plus stuff and incest, if it's patched. Another title like that is "The Fosters".

Inform me if you want some "2D" recommendations, but I can't recall any good F/D dynamic there. All I played were not good enough to recommend.

When it comes to 2D I can only recommend incest plus stuff, and that's certainly "Imooka", "Imouto Paradise" series and "Big brother, hold me tight until morning!". There is also "Lolita - Kiss Me Everyday", this one is however kinda like "I love Daddy" when it comes to story, by that I mean weird and enigmatic.
I will also mention "Musume Seikatsu" since it's both F/D and plus themed. It's nothing extraordinary but good enough.
