My kneejerk answer is Light of My life. One of the love interests has a slightly larger ass, but not unrealistic for an actual human. The models are all moderately realistic in proportions. With the possible exception of their fascial features.

Other games, not comprehensive but worth looking at, they either meet or come very close to meeting your requirements.
Come Home, Cocky Me (hehe), Dead Days, Eternum (excellent), Grandmas House (mostly reasonable), Halfway House, Jason, Mist, Shag the Hag, Sparkling Duplicity, Single Again, Trouble at Home.

A decent Renpy game is "Sunshine love" Has a few girls you might like in there.

Not sure what kind of game you're looking for. Thats an RPG maker game, ARPG, and a visual novel for you though.
