Well that is because you don't have a lot in there, when I first used the bank I was getting 800 coins daily. I don't think that is to shabby.

It was replaced with the gengar one, so no, no way to obtain it currently.
The banners get added automatically, and there's there currently only one way, to disable them, and that's in your inventory.
Clicking settings on a rank, and choosing "Hidden". But keep in mind though, that also disables all the features that rank would give.
