I haven't played much Borderlands but I remember 3 having a really bad story. I hope they can do 4 better, I feel Borderlands has been slowly dying.

Yeah, seems like a lot of people have been having performance issues. I seem to have luckily dodged these.
The thing is that this was the game that Sony was backing as part of their Chinese investment but hardly had any marketing.
