This. If I didn't have to leave the house, I would be a nudist full time.

Years ago we went to a resort where the beach was clothing optional. We did not realize how optional it was until we got there. Many cultures do not have the hang-ups that the US has. Most women were topless, and about half of everyone was bottomless. It only took us about an hour to follow suit. I will say it was liberating and would do it again.

I would like to add that although people in my home don't walk around naked for the most part, no one is uptight about it either. All the females sunbathe however they please without the fear of being perved upon. After a while the curiosity goes away and becomes more natural.

You are not alone. Most males in the US are too modest as well. It just took us doing that one plunge, and before we knew it, nobody cared anymore.

Clothes aren't strictly enforced in my house unless we have guests. Sometimes not even then.

Only time I'm nude is when I sleep nowadays.
