So from reading the credit system, you get 1 PC per 50$ donated and I assume you also get the 50 DC with that.
Although, it's not entirely clear, are the donations cumulative? Or do you only earn the PC if you donate 50$+ in one transaction?

How do I get my perks/rank after donating? DM Heisenberg (or open a ticket) with your payment proof. Perks are granted ASAP, usually within hours.
