Most likely what happens is a hard-shift back to seemingly 'traditional' relationships but with the porn industry (and women in general) losing a lot of interest/power. With the ability to craft a perfect waifu (and exo-wombs already existing) you're looking at a future where guys walk around with their dream wives, have kids, etc.

It'll be like the Industrial Revolution, but for anything that relies on sex to survive.

We are at the cusp of the "incel-singularity" there is going to be alot of push back and demand for legislation to kill tech like artificial wombs on the part of feminist groups. If that is "democratized" what else do they have to get their way? I don't care what technology is created, it will never replace the need for true human reaction.
