discussion Happy Hour and chat ?

Sorry to post a new thread, but no amount of searching led me to an answer (or even the proper forum for the questions).

1: I keep seeing a timer for "next happy hour" in the banner, but nothing explains what that is..?

2: I keep having an increasing number of chat notifications, but I've never engaged with the chat, and clicking on the notification leads to no explanation..?

Because it's in the donation banner, I'd assume it's some sort of discount or bonus for donations?

It's just the amount of members currently logged in the chat.
