Ark Survival Evolved for that many hours? You must be a sucker for punishment! I wanted to love this game, but it's so unforgiving. I probably put 130 hours or so into it.

Main line game: 7 Days to Die - 1100+ hours
AVN: Being a Dik - no fucking clue how many hours, but I played it all the way through the latest up date with four different lines of main LI and two more over half-way

For me, it's The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I lost count of how many hours I poured into that game, just getting lost in the world. The mods, the quests, the exploration — there’s always something to do. It’s one of those games where I can go back to it and still find new stuff, even years later.
