Kinda crazy that these vendors that don't like lewd content will allow you to use your visa or mastercard to buy a subscription to some girls OF no issue. Or any other porn site. I'm not sure if that's the reason they did it but I know that Steam was under scrutiny to remove a bunch of NSFW games.

Use a visa at a rub n tug no probs
