We don't know if he actually died or it was just another one of his nightmares. I suppose it does stand on it's own as an "ending", but with a number of loose ends and unanswered questions.

yes, it just hasn't been marked as such yet. The dev went to A T F and doesn't even work on AVNs anymore afaik. I guess the MC didn't have a delusional nightmare and really did kill his family and himself, the end. And people think @Goosenards has a monopoly on fucked up endings for AVNs that are too short.

look in Malignant-0.3-pc/game/sounds and sort by size. hroom and hhallway are ambient background noise tracks, but piano.ogg, adagio.ogg, drop.ogg, disorder.ogg are music, then atlas, growing and balloon are music/dissonance tracks. I didn't check past there, but you should be able to find whatever you wanted, I think.

I'm looking for what the origins of all the songs are, I absolutely recognize a couple of them, but I'm desperately looking for the original sources for a couple other ones

Damn is this thing dead or not? I love it and would hate to see it die, but I've seen other games get the abandoned tag, update and lose the tag, then go idle and get the abandoned tag again since this thing was last updated.
