Thank you all for the kind words.
As promised before, you will always receive a free update montly.
For those that still playing, thanks.
For the criticism, I will "learn" with the positive and ignore the negative ones.
I am just a brazilian guy that don't speak english very good trying to make a game with something I know.
And I will continue![]()
no the dev got the hurts of the butt from people on this site not being happy.Time for an update?? 1.8 is out on another site.
I understand you being angry, but at least you are giving us a great gift to those of us who admire you, thank you.I will update, but not priorize xD.
I said that on my post.

I totally agree with you. Thanks.this is for transparency sake. you did indeed say that.
...
I don't recall any other dev releasing free versions of their games this way, other than the dev of Living Together. certainly not without receiving ample backlash as well.
That works for me. This game is one of the few that I really like.Cynist (dev of Libertine) actually does this. He releases the public version one month after the NEXT version is released for subs. So the current version is 0.8.3 public; he will not release 0.9.x public until one month AFTER the release of 0.10.x to subs.
And as far as I've seen, no one gives him any static about it.![]()
That's such a bad move. He's a loli dev. He makes loli games. If he wants to grow and actually get audience, he should be posting on all the available sites. More so one that has decent amount of people. You must be registered to see attachments

going foreward, please understand that criticism is not the same as hate. it may be harsh at times, but it's still criticism.
hate would be an attempt to make you stop developing the game altogether or a personal attack or ridicule of you as a person.
you cannot please everyone, but you can certainly do your best to not unnecessarily attract negative attitudes. it's in your best interest.
understand that when you're developing a creative work and sharing that on a site where most users come to specifically find content for free, you are always going to attract negative attitudes when the free version of your game lags massively behind the paid version. to my understanding the paid version is months and several versions ahead of the free version. you're basicly asking for negativity with that when you post it here.

typically devs release their full versions up to a month after it was made available to subscribers/supporters...
my advice for you, short of growing a thicker skin and if you're not willing to change your approach in regards to your release scheme would be to not engage with anyone on sites where you share your free version at all. just share the most up to date free versions whenever relevant.
you'll save yourself from alot of emotional weight.
you're a first time developer? I highly suggest you listen to the criticisms and take them as constructive, regardless of how harsh they may be. there's a nugget of reason behind all of them, and ignoring them will just cause you pain. don't be stubborn, you're not developing this game for yourself alone. you have an audience. some people even pay you for this. all players, aka consumers, have valid opinions.
if you don't want opinions from people who don't pay you, don't share your game for free or at all.
(yes, there's going to be alot of bullshit in the criticisms. you can't stop it, you can't fight it, and you shouldn't even try to. this is how it is for any dev of any type of game, adult or mainstream. accept it or ignore it and move on.)
Every author (and anyone in general) should know that there will always be those who are jealous of their work because they don't know how to do it, people who enjoy insulting others, and just plain people who are just that kind of bastard. That's such a bad move. He's a loli dev. He makes loli games. If he wants to grow and actually get audience, he should be posting on all the available sites. More so one that has decent amount of people.
Yes, some people can be rather harsh but that's literally with everything ever that requires online interaction.
