I made some necessary changes to the game.
I reviewed the game bugs and errors and fixed them.
I used AI to create some animations and enchated few renders.

Because some errors had been happening later in the game, you'll have to restart rthe game from beghning. I'm relly sorry for that.

No one requires you to know classical Latin, but knowledge of the works of ancient historians (and not only historians, the correspondence of Cicero, Seneca or Pliny the Younger as an example) will not hurt anyone. This greatly expands the cultural baggage of any person, including a porn game developer. Although, of course, most people would prefer idiotic “peplums”. Reading is stressful, and here is a beautiful picture, you can relax. I quickly familiarized myself with this demo-version, and yes my fears that it is a mess of the level of “Gladiator” were fully confirmed. Why did I start commenting on this opus? I've been fascinated by ancient history for a quarter of a century, it's a sacred topic for me. And I really don't like it when history is turned into a comic show.

So I think it's clear enough that it's not intended to be historically accurate.

And, the pseudo-Corinthian helmet in the logo and the Lorica Segmentata on the MC gave it away as well.
Honestly that annoys me more than use of the word "general" which is commonly used in at least popular literature about the Roman army.

But anyway. Minor stuff aside, the game does sound interesting and I'm looking forward to playing it.

14th century isn't really that ancient but I'd love to rewatch Braveheart (1995) with you. It sounds like you'd be more entertaining than the movie. Like a professional physicist trying to watch Sci-Fi.

I've seen the movie. But the medieval history of Western Europe (after the fall of the kingdom of Westgoths on Perineae in 718, it was the last fragment of ancient civilization in the West) interests me very little. The movie, however, for the aforementioned reason, I watched not without pleasure. But if to speak about Mel Gibson as a director, I put his Apocalypto above all, though there are mistakes there, but they are noticed only by specialists in the history of pre-Hispanic Mesoamerica.

If you know a lot about history, then you can find faults in any product (book / movie / series / game or whatever) that is meant as entertainment. Especially in movies / series producers have to cut corners to save costs, but also to appeal to the perception of the public.

Even in professional academic literature some authors may write things with which you don't agree. Due to differences of opinion or different levels of understanding of the material. Some of these differences may even come down to modern day political viewpoints, where people want to see evidence of something that may have existed (however rarely) and then draw wrong conclusions about extrapolating such findings. As a famous example, if an archeologist discovers one person with African DNA in a small 10 grave cemetery of an early medieval coastal settlement in the UK, then that doesn't have to mean that e.g. 10% of all persons living in early medieval UK was black. On the other hand it also doesn't mean that a series containing the obligatory black character is wrong or correct, because it is all about the context.

/shrug It's made up, barely based on actual history (at least the one in this part of the multiverse). Also kinda left out of Star Trek or simply ignored was all the confusion-inducing backwards time-traveling that would be happening everytime Picard said engage if the Enterprise actually went faster than light.
