I played most incest games avalible but I trouble remembering them all. I need a incest game, where the forbidden relationship is part of the narrative.
I'm honestly tired of incest just happening without the so much needed taboo, while it arguably is the best part of the genre.

Must be male mc: dad or brother/son
Genres it needs to include: Incest(of course).
Genres I would like to include: pregnancy, harem, netori.

Imperial Chronicles has the involved characters (especially the MC's mom) repeatedly point out the taboo of it, and the fact that they're in real danger if it comes out. You also get to do some cucking, and pregnancy is frequently discussed if not yet shown.

Similar handling in Kingmaker but that's abandoned now (and also probably not many peoples' idea of a good game, even if I'm kinda fond of it).

Time Implosion, if I remember right, has the MC freak out when he realizes a girl he's falling for is his sister (albeit no one else knows).

My Sister My Roommate has the MC and his sister make sure to keep their relationship secret, to the point that (in the original ending) they end things and he marries another girl (I remember that being pretty controversial at the time).

MC in Radiant is threatened with life-ruining trouble when his neighbor gets pictures of him making out with his daughter.

Don't got much else unfortunately, outside a couple games where no incest has happened yet but the game world itself seems lifelike enough that it would be a big deal if it got out. Which is a shame cause I agree that devs are much too quick to have everyone treat it as no big deal; it's better when it's actually taboo.

It's a good game (albeit a little goofy) but there's basically no sense of taboo or forbiddenness past a certain point.

Thats fair enough. It does start off with the idea of incest as taboo then finishes with exceptance.
It does tick the full on incest, pregnancy and harem boxs though.

my sister my roommate is another good choice. From what i recall, the developer didn't even WANT to do a happy incest ending? There was enough uproar though that he decided to change his mind.
I wish those kinds of instances more developers would listen to the fans like that. The good ending was absolutely needed.

I wished there was more of Haley's Story too.
