I've modded Skyrim, Fallout 4, the Sims 3 and Cyberpunk (to be more NSFW). Never really used the mods that much though even after installing them.
Its not typically that 'enjoyable' for me to use nude mods, sex mods etc in these games outside of perhaps the Sims back in the day.
I mean outside of making stripclubs have actual nudity and what have you. Usually these types of mods are gimmicks that well, if i wanted a porn game, i'd play porn games, if i wanted to play skyrim, i'll play Skyrim.

If I had the programming skills I'd create a mod to put a nice BUSH on all my favourites 😍 😉 👌 🙂

You say that until you realize how much effort it would take to do that lol. I'm very content with letting others do that kind of work. The last 30 years of playing PC games has been a blessing because of incredible modders out there but the truth is, Modders mostly end up making mods for the enjoyment of others, not themselves because of how much effort is involved.

I doubt most modders want to spend 20-30 hours+ modding something and THEN really end up enjoying their own creation because of how much coding, debugging and testing is involved. Its more like, 'cool it works' and then others get to truly enjoy the fruits of their labor. Its why I never wanted to be a QA person to test games or developer at a gaming studio.

It is actually not that hard to do in a lot of games if you are willing to learn a bit of texture editing. Also, it is a very popular option modders generally include.

Modders, in general, do enjoy their creations. In fact, it is the reason most people mod in the first place. Of course, sharing their creation with other people adds to the enjoyment.

Don't need nude mods for Baldurs Gate 3 lol. Maybe I'm just boring...

Lately I've been been playing Stellar Blade and Final Fantasy 7 remake (knocking it off my backlog) with all the ladies in the buff.

Only the original Oblivion mostly because I just am not tech savvy enough to mod and mostly because all this mod did was just remove the underwear from female characters so it just was more a mod to just add some chuckles when I looted bandits and female bandits would give a bit more excitement.
I avoid modding since I rather not mess with games I may want to go back and play normally later.

Mine are:

Skyrim, obviously. I remember spending 20 hours on it alone, learning how to replace textures, then making my own textures (very basic stuff), browsing LL for more mods. It was also the game that introduced me to modding.

Resident Evil. Killing and running away from monsters while in the nude adds to the fun.

Palworld.

Monster Hunter.
Any The Sims game

Fallout 4, Skyrim and Cyberpunk 2077. Mostly because those are the only games i could find decent NSFW mods

Only The Sims 4 and Skyrim.
Fun fact: as a kid, I bought a pirated copy of GTA SA, and it came pre-modded with hot coffe

Skyrim, FO4, FNV, CK3, Darkest Dungeon and Sims 4. However, my favorite playthrough was in Fallout 4. I had a blast with sim settlement mods & AAF animations.
