Well, I can't say I didn't expect to see repercussions from the MC saving Elsa, but... it didn't take very long for it to happen. But the scene with Kimberly was pretty hot, NGL, and the stuff with Maria was cute. Really enjoying this one so far.

TBH, I actually don't, only b/c (minus the end of this latest release, obviously) it led him to his arrangement now. Also, given this ending, I'm not sure if I had been the lady that owned the restaurant that I'd do any differently. Is keeping a single employee actually worth getting the shit kicked out of you? She honestly barely even knew him, and even though what the MC did was awesome — IRL I always want to cave in the face of anyone who abuses women or children — he exposed her to possibly the same thing the MC has to deal with now. TBH, despite whatever she said in that final conversation, I think she was terrified that people would come after her.

Hey, everyone,
I’ve got some updates to share!
The big move is finally behind me — it went well overall, though it was definitely stressful: new job, new apartment, and for a while I even had to share a room with someone else. Not the easiest setup for focusing on creative work, so I could only spend time on the visual novel here and there, whenever I had some privacy.
And then came the real plot twist — I accidentally spilled cola inside my PC.
The GPU, the power supply… everything got a taste of it. Luckily, the computer was unplugged at the time, so there was no short circuit. After a thorough cleaning at the repair shop, it came back to life, and I started slowly getting back into the project, transferring my tools and mods…
But of course, the story didn’t end there. The PC began booting slower and slower, until one day it just refused to start. Fans spinning, lights on — but nothing else. Turned out the power supply didn’t survive the cola adventure, so I had to replace it.
Now, finally, I feel like the worst is behind me. I’m back to working on the novel and I’m excited to keep building it the way I originally imagined.
I want to thank all of you for your amazing support
Especially those who kept their pledges going during this rough patch — it truly means the world to me.
I really love this project, and I believe in it. And I’ll keep pushing forward to make it grow and become the story I know it can be.

Not without creating a file yourself to replace text. First of all, Delphine is someone the MC had never met before coming to the city. So at best she would not be any immediate relation. Second, the way her character is defined in the code, there's no variable for her name. In other words, it's not as easy as in many games, where you change the value of the variable so her name is different. You'd instead have to redefine her character object, giving her a new name. And then also you'd do a find-and-replace script to have Ren'Py search all other files for her name (in in-game text specifically) and replace them with whatever other name you'd want instead. So short of somebody making a mod / patch (I don't have time, so don't worry about asking me), it isn't possible.Can you set relations in the game or at least rename her?
