So as far as I can tell the only way to access the games plus content, is to add content to the forums. That being the case, what are the paid support tiers for?

Not sure what you mean?
You gain access either by participating in the Forum and earning Activity Coins or by donating money for Donation Coins. You can buy Members+ with both.

Higher Ranks like P1 give access to Games+ too.

Those don't pay anything. You just have need to provide the forum with Games to get those.

And paid supporter you mean this?
That rank is not done, it does nothing.

and yeah, all Ranks can also be Gained by Activity Coins, which means you can get them for free, or you can pay for them. P5 is, right now, the Highest Prestige Tier, and does NOT Give you any of the Perms that Mem+ or the Prestige Ranks Below it give you.
P6 is Currently just a Placeholder, and will be Added when the new LU Page is Ready to go to Early Testing Stage (wont actually be a Prestige Tier btw, so its just in name P6).

I figured it out now. Gotta use the donation coins in the shop to actually purchace the levels.
