discussion Rush build up or Depth?

Do you like games that rush characters stories and development and relationships or do prefer more depth and build up?

Depth and building up characters and relationships. Otherwise what is the point to having a game instead of just making animations that are more easily accessible - the game just becomes a cumbersome video player. The only exception would be if the sex mechanics/gameplay is highly interactive or sandbox. And even then story and charecter depth makes it significantly better. If there isn't any story it is more like an engine or animation builder than a game at that point - still usefull and enjoyable, but completely different than what most limited depth games are, and much more dificult to make.

Yeh exactly, that's why I suggest to writers, write your story, then delete half of it. If you don't like to read it 2-3x it's probably far too long...

So in essential have more information in less text, if we only wanted to read we go to literotica or sexstories (if we don't want those fucking EVERYONE is 18 YEARS every fucking time....)

It might sound like an oxymoron, but I actually enjoy getting blue-balled for the right games.

It’s even better if the earlier scenes are genuinely hot, not just some checklist to cross off.

In GENERAL, depth and buildup, with two caveats. One, this is primarily because the skipping part I can do myself with the skip function should I desire. Two, depth and buildup does not mean dragging things on to keep people hooked on waiting for a particular LI to finally have a scene. I mean, in some cases it's been fucking years, and the stress is that the game will simply be abandoned before that payoff ever comes.

I prefer build up. Nothing pisses me off more than things happening out of nowhere for no clear reason.
