The 2 alternatives for Firefox are LibreWolf and Waterfox. Personally, I prefer Waterfox because it offers the same experience and convenience of Firefox, but has all the Mozilla shit ripped out. All the same convenience and compatibility as Firefox that you would expect from a modern browser. LibreWolf is... well, more customizable to say the least. A lot of shit doesn't just work out of the box and you have to spend time making it work. Give Waterfox a try and see how you like it!

are you talking about their change in policy language regarding data sharing/selling? Yeah it's tricky stuff and kind of disconcerting, I'm keeping my eye on it. Might try librewolf more seriously at some point.
For now make sure to keep checking your firefox settings to opt out of data sharing and stuff since mozilla is making a lot of it opt in by default
