I've seen lots of art depicting Na'vi, even smol ones. But there's always drawn in human size proportion, forgetting that Na'vi are like twice as big.

I saw a game about young adult who suffers from that syndrome where one stops aging at a certain point (a real syndrome, triggered tumor on pituitary or something like that). She's like 22 years old but in the body of an 11 year old. And she becomes a prostitute because she realizes how much money she make in her situation. I think it was called Petite Prostitute Parables or something like that. IMO a excellent concept, plus the art was vary good, so I was very disappointed that it got abandoned after the first chapter.

I think two interesting themes to explore would be:

1) encounters with Na'vi loli, since they would be the size the size of adult human (but with loli proportions/features), and therefore more easily have sex without discomfort. (Or just the idea of large loli; maybe by shrinking man to half size.)

2) tiny, but plausibly fuckable, adult women. I've seen people depict 6-inch tall fairies a million times, but ain't nobody gonna be fucking that. But I've never seen tiny (half-size) adult women (fairies, elves, aliens, whathaveyou) in games, visual novels, comics, etc. I think that could be hot. (And I'm not referring to dwarves or midgets with their unusual proportions. I mean regular sexy adult woman proportions, just half the size.)

If the storyline is catchy, it would be interesting to explore

I think a good example of an adult loli is Sylph from Nephilim. She's a fairy thats small but not extremely small and has small proportions but still nice. Really nicely made character design
