I think a large issue many developers might weigh in their character making decisions is "does this make this character a loli?". If it does, they might try and shy away from that in order to avoid needless ban hammers.

I might buy that if the characters in question just all had C or D cups. But a lot of games out here have characters with breasts that are just unearthly huge. You could cut them down to 25% volume and they'd still be far too large to ever mistake for a loli; that's so deliberate it has to be a real fetish, not just trying to avoid moderation.

That said though I do think a lot of people avoid small boobs, but less because they're afraid of bans and more that they associate flat chests with children and aren't attracted to that.

It's actually a humor. So the small one is interesting, but it's not funny. My ex-girlfriend's was small, but she was a real handful. It was actually quite sexy. But you can make your head disappear so that it gets lost in the big one. And that makes it funny and full of happiness, which is very different from culture to culture. I think small breasts advocate a little more seriousness Something like that.

I think it is the right size if it does not hang down on the 2 sides of your body when you lie on your back. If sagging has started, it is a waste.

Porn is an exaggeration of reality, warped in aspects we find attractive. That's why dicks are either super large or small. Girls have amazing asses, bleached pink pussies. If there's a focus, it's taken to the extremes.
The more porn you consume the more taboo and extreme it needs to get, I think most in their descent into debauchery are where they'd like to see bigger boobs if big boobs are their thing. Though it's more a focus thing, if you keep wanting bigger boobs you end up with watermelons that look stupid to others.
I think this applies to plastic surgery, too.

I agree with you on both aspects. The games where the boobs are basically the size of their whole chest and they somehow cram two on there? Hard pass. Yeah, I'm perfectly happy with a C or D. Hell, i'll take a DD or more on the right body, though I definitely prefer A or B. But these massive balloons are just too much for me to be interested in.
