Prestige 1 (P1) - Haunter
Prestige 2 (P2) & Prestige 3 (P3) - Merged into Gengar & Venusaur
Prestige 4 (P4) - Now called Charizard
Prestige 5 (P5) - Now called Cuties
So that's how it will affect them.
