After you attach a file, there is an option in the top left corner of the preview that says insert. If you select that and choose either option it will remove the file data. You're half way there.

Can anyone recommend a program that will allow me to add a sticker that moves with the underlying gif? I've tried a few, but the closest function I've found is to individually add the sticker to each frame which is a little too tedious for my taste.
I understand that there are online tools, but I was hoping I could do it natively. Any guidance would be appreciated.
