So after 3 times, it seems to go on a little cooldown, and then you can do it again 3 times, and the cooldown's back.
I think, I know why, it does it, but I need to get it confirmed first.

40k seems insurmountable at first, but I've been at it for about three weeks and am almost halfway there. The important thing to keep in mind is that there's no rush. From what others have told me, there is very little to be gained from P4. I'm mainly seeking the summit just in case it becomes more relevant in the future.
